THE WONDER YEARS' AUSTRALIAN TOUR BUCKET LIST

Philadelphia six-piece The Wonder Years have announced their return to Australian next year. To celebrate, the band have shared with MILKY their Australian bucket list.

“We are absolutely ecstatic to be coming back to Australia early next year. It's been far too long and we're extra excited that these are venue shows where we can play full and long sets for y'all. Also, to somehow make all of this even more incredible, we get to have Joyce Manor, one of our all time favourite bands, and Suzi, who have quickly become one of our new favourites, on these shows with us. It's truly a dream tour in dream places and we hope to see you there.” band member Dan Campbell shares.

Kicking off in Brisbane on March 27, the run of shows will continue on to Newcastle, Sydney, Wollongong, Hobart, Melbourne and Adelaide, before wrapping up in Perth on April 6. Tickets are on sale now.

ONE

I have two young kids, so we're obviously big Bluey people. I'm pretty determined to find the house. I know it's a cartoon, but they made a real house in Brisbane look like the Heeler's!

TWO

I want to learn to play cricket. I'm not sure I'll be able to grasp the entire game while we're there but if I could even master swinging the bat, I'd be happy.

THREE

My youngest son's name is Jack, and my man can eat. So, I have to find some Hungry Jack's merch to bring home.

FOUR

I'd like to get into the ocean at least once. When we come over, it'll be cold as hell at home, so the opportunity to go swimming at the beach in March is one I don't want to miss.

FIVE

Mostly though, I'm just excited to play the shows. Being on the other side of the world is amazing. But going there to sing songs you wrote to people who want to hear them is the best part.
