Opening with shimmering guitar work, Fuller's mesmerising vocals float above as driving percussion begins to unfurl beneath. The cathartic release explores arriving at a place of healing following a darker turn in life, led by introspective and reflective lyricism brought to life by ear-worm melodies. Building to a sing-a-long chorus, the musician leans into the pop-punk inspired sonics present on his debut, within a down-tempo setting.
"Wear Me Down is a deeply personal & emotional track for me. I wrote it after coming out of a dark time in my life & it uncovers themes of self improvement and recovery that I started to see in myself on the other side of the darkness. I think it's nostalgic & catchy, but then it’s for anyone who needs to heal or be transported into the mind of their inner child as escape.." the musician shares.
Having starred on The Voice Australia last year, Fuller earned himself a legion of fans with his magnetic performances. Taking time following the show to explore his own artistry, he returned earlier this year with his debut single, Fake Friends, introducing us to a more pop-punk based sonic realm,
