UK artist Pip Millett recently brought her headline tour to crowds across Australia's east coast. We caught up with the singer/songwriter ahead of her show in Sydney to chat about performing live, her debut album When Everything Is Better, I'll Let You Know and so much more!

Across the body of work, Millett delves deeper into her hypnotic take on R&B and soul to create dynamic and textural soundscapes that unfurl beneath her ethereal and mesmerising vocals. Soothing sonics unfurl throughout, lulling the listener as she presents herself as a formidable and independent force that has a vulnerable side. She documents her own personal growth and shares stories of coping with anxiety and

depression, effortlessly brought to life by introspective and candid lyricism. There is a poignant maturity laced throughout the album, one that allows Millett to share the light and shade of her life and artistry in an organic and self-assured way.

Having made her debut in 2019 with the single Make Me Cry, Millett shared a string of singles and three EP's prior to the release of 2022's When Everything Is Better, I'll Let You Know. The release of the single saw the singer embark on a headline tour across the UK and Europe late last year, before kicking off 2023 with her first ever tour of Australia and New Zealand. During her time down under, Millett performed to audiences across Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney.
