Watch our full interview with Nicholas Hamilton!
Earlier this year, Australian actor Nicholas Hamilton made his foray into music, unveiling his debut single, Different Year. Having released a string of singles since, Hamilton's latest single In Line documents the artists move to Los Angeles, exploring his new found independence.
The modern-pop track began as a break-up song, before the musician re-routed its conceptual nature to explore his newfound life and independence, away from his small town upbringing to the fast-paced nature of the City of Angels. Written two years ago, the release creates relatable moments, facing the fear of tackling your feelings and leaving behind everything you've known for a new start. Hamilton's punchy vocals captivate throughout the songs duration, whilst also offering an indication of where the artist is heading on his forthcoming debut EP
Having worked alongside Nicole Kidman, Joseph Fiennes, Hugo Weaving and Jessica Chastain, Hamilton has starred in a number of blockbusters including It, It: Chapter Two, Captain Fantastic, Strangerland and more. Back in Australia, Hamilton is focused on releasing more music, as well as taking on local productions.
