Watch our interview with Lachie Gill below!
Australian singer-songwriter, Lachie Gill has unveiled his hotly-anticipated debut EP, Write It Out. We caught up with the musician to chat about the release, his experience on The Voice Australia, crafting his own path and so much more!
Across the collection of songs, Gill documents the breakdown of a relationship through vivid storytelling lyricism that pulls on your heartstrings. Brought to life by his mesmerising and endearing performance, Write It Out showcases the light and shade of his rich vocal tones and finds the singer delving deeper into the indie-pop palette presented during his time on The Voice Australia.
Having kicked off his national tour in Melbourne and Adelaide last weekend, Gill will take to the stage at Factory Theatre Fusebox in Sydney tonight, before continuing on to Avoca Beach, Eumundi, Brisbane, Melbourne and Mornington over the coming weeks. Tickets are on sale now!
Last year, Gill was crowned the winner of The Voice Australia, having been mentored by British pop star Rita Ora. Having won over the nation with his mesmerising and passionate vocals, Gill has delivered a string of singles that offered a glimpse into his debut EP, including Sad Summer, Right People Wrong Time and Hate That You Hurt.
