American artist Goth Babe has announced his debut album, Lola, will be arriving this spring, alongside a taste of the record with the release of Bioluminescence. Directed by Ian Durkin, Goth Babe has shared an album trailer for Lola.
The nostalgia -drenched track is built atop mesmerising synth work that builds towards a driving beat pulsating beneath the musicians compelling vocal performance. Bringing a sense of joy to the track, the song explores finding a balance between living life and work.
"There’s so much beauty in the world, obviously balanced by a lot of pain and suffering," the musician shares. "I would love if these songs allowed people, even just for a second, to escape the weight and heaviness of the world."
