CONRAD SEWELL: RETURNING TO THE SPOTLIGHT

ARIA Award-winning, multi-platinum-selling artist Conrad Sewell is back, announcing his sophomore album Precious. We caught up with the musician to chat about his return to music, his new single Make Me A Believer, finding a new sound and more!

Having erupted onto the global seen with his collaboration with hit-making Norwegian DJ and producer Kygo with Firestorm, Sewell made his solo debut in 2014 with Hold Me Up. What followed was a string of hits, including the ARIA Platinum single Start Again, Who You Lovin' and Remind Me, with the latter two reaching Gold ARIA certification. In 2018, the musician unveiled his debut album, Life, which peaked at #1 on the ARIA Charts and spawned the 3x Platinum single, Healing Hands. Now after four years between records, Sewell is gearing up to share his sophomore album, Precious, early next year.

Having shared the first taste of the record last month with God Save the Queen, his latest offering continues to introduce us to his newfound soul-meets-rock infused sonic palette. Make Me A Believer is driven by anthemic guitar melodies and propelling percussion simmering beneath Sewell's full vocal performance that builds to a captivating saxophone solo. The track serves as a "proclamation of unwavering devotion" and is inspired by the early days of the musicians current relationship and showing his devotion to building a life together.

To celebrate his latest single, Sewell will embark on an intimate east coast tour. Kicking off at Sydney's Factory Theatre on November 30, the musician will then visit Brisbane's The Triffid the following night, before wrapping up the tour in Melbourne at the Corner Hotel on December 8.
