Music superstar Billie Eilish has given fans another taste of her forthcoming sophomore record with the release of NDA. The track sees the singer return to her signature twisted dark-pop sonics, hinting her forthcoming record will dip in and out of genres, whilst commenting on her loss of privacy in the limelight and sharing the intimate details of her personal life

The candid track arrives alongside a cinematic visual, placing Eilish on a haunted road, being followed by dark figures and surrounded by frenzied cars weaving at full-speed around the singer. Shot in one take, the visual is said to have not implemented VFX or stunt doubles, instead choreographing and rehearsing the movement of the cars with twenty five professional stunt drivers.

Eilish's sophomore record, Happier Than Ever, is set to arrive complete with sixteen tracks, including the previously released singles your power, lost cause, my future and Therefore I Am. The records album cover juxtaposes her multi-GRAMMY Award, record-breaking debut album WHEN WE ALL GO TO SLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO?, swapping out dark and spine-chilling imagery for light and warm tones, offering a modern take on old-Hollywood glamour.

2020 shaped up to be a massive year for Eilish, kicking off the year by taking home 6 Grammy® Awards. Eilish took home the awards for the ceremonies four most coveted categories, Best New Artist, Album of the Year, Record of the Year and Song of the Year. Shortly after, the singer took to the stage at the 92nd Oscars® to perform a stellar rendition of The Beatles’ Yesterday. If that wasn’t enough, Eilish topped the charts once again, this time being honoured with writing and recording the official James Bond theme song No Time To Die, for the forthcoming MGM/Eon Productions James Bond Motion Picture, No Time To Die.

Earlier this year, the singer unveiled her acclaimed documentary feature film Billie Eilish: The World’s A Little Blurry. Directed by award-winning filmmaker R.J. Cutler (Belushi, The September Issue, The War Room), Eilish collaborated with Apple Original Films on the documentary, in association with Interscope Films, Darkroom, This Machine and Lighthouse Management & Media. The film showcased the true coming-of-age story of the singer-songwriter and her rise to global superstardom.

Happier Than Ever is out July 30. Watch the visual for NDA below.
