Sydney-based musician Andrew Lambrou is keeping the momentum, unveiling his latest banger, Confidence. The third single from the singer, Lambrou penned the track with Cyrus Villanueva (CXLOE) and Ned Houston (Zekiel).
Produced by Dave Hammer (Lime Cordiale, Mia Rodriguez, Genesis Owusu, flowerkid), Confidence continues the singers foray into maximalist-pop, taking a brighter sonic approach to the track. The Greek-Cypriot singer delivers another flawless vocal performance, effortlessly moving between his soaring falsetto and his commanding lower register.
Speaking of the track, Lambrou shares: “Confidence is about finding a new confidence in yourself when partnered with the right person. Sometimes that special someone can bring the best out of you, and when you both provide the same feeling for each other, it’s feels unmatchable”,
After winning his first singing conception at the age of five, Lambrou launched his YouTube channel in his teens, uploading covers and original tracks whilst building up his ever-growing fan base. With 1.5 million followers across Tik Tok, Instagram and Youtube, Lambrou soon caught the attention of SONY ATV at the age of seventeen. Since then, he's been working away on crafting his own unique sound, recently signing to Michael Chugg and Andrew Stone's new label City Pop Records.
