Multi-Platinum recording artist 24kGoldn has hit Australia for the first time, coinciding with the release of his new single, Mistakes. We caught up with the musician to chat about the release, his artistry, touring Australia and so much more!

Produced by Neek and NM Beats, the release sees the musician navigate his own past decisions whilst forging a new path to move on. Serving as the latest taste from his hotly-anticipated sophomore album, Better Late Than Never, the track brings confessional lyricism and a variety of moments that we can all relate to and is driven by lulling guitar melodies and 24kGoldn's captivating performance. To mark the release, the artist has launched an open mic challenge on Tik Tok, inviting fans to create their own verse for the track.

Marking his first trip down under, the musician has taken to the stage in Melbourne, Perth, Sydney and Brisbane, performing at Listen Out Festival. He will wrap up his Australian run at Listen out in Adelaide today, which arrives months after his North American tour with Wiz Khalifa and Logic.

24kGoldn burst onto the scene in 2019 with the release of his genre-bending 8 track EP, DROPPED OUTTA COLLEGE, which featured the Platinum single City of Angels. He reached worldwide notoriety following the release of his collaboration with Iann Dior, Mood, taken from his 2021 debut album, El Dorado. The viral hit has reached 7 x Platinum in Australia and earned the musician a legion of fans, with 24kGoldn having now amassed over 6B global streams across his catalogue.
